  One item received broken but seller handled problem quickly by refunding but a lot of this breakage is post office mishandling but it is still the responsibility of the seller to get the items to buyer without harm not the buyer chasing their money down due to problems out of their control either. This seller was a positive experience and if I marked incorrectly I apologize

  So unfair of feedback. Two items in a box packed great! 1 Got broken due to the buyers rough post office that she told me about. I cannot control what the post office does. I can only pack it wonderfully as I did that’s up to them. The kindness of my heart, I gave her refund for one of the items because I know it’s a pain to deal with the post office, as a post office said it was covered with insurance, & buyer have deal with it. I tried to be nice and help her out! Unfair!!
