  It seems the new Ebay payment set-up with sellers created an issue with this transaction. Originally, I did not receive the item by the estimated delivery date. The Seller said they had not received payment from Ebay so they had not shipped the item. I contacted Ebay and re-contacted the seller. I reported the item as ‘Not Received’. Things finally got resolved. There were communication issues. Overall, I finally got the product as advertised and it was a good value for the price.
