Couldn't be Better !
Except , four U-Bolts would make a firmer Fastening System (Nylock Nuts and Fender washers will work) (cut off excess threads sticking up)

But , How about the Other Gasket and Two O-Rings ?
My Local Dealer and Auto Parts Stores don't have a Turbo Gasket Kit (or the additional Gaskets and O-Rings necessary , when removing the Turbo), but You Guys could have One . All or Many of Us would even keep One (a Kit) in the Van so that We'd have it for an Emergency (out of Town) Repair .

The Best I've seen in 73 years ..
Removed 5 Glow Plugs (slowly) from my Mercedes Aluminum head (after trying 3 others ; Lil Wrench, Blast & WD-40).
