    Sharp-looking saddle but it felt hard as a rock on my first and subsequent rides. Hard to believe it's a gel saddle as presented in its description on Ebay, l thought it would be a lot more forgiving and comfortable. I know I can't return it.

    I provided buyer with $20 refund, regardless of my return policy. Purchasing on Ebay is not like buying from a retailer that accepts returns if not satisfied, and the reduction in pricing reflects that.

    I replied immediately to Buyer when I received her first email, who insisted the shelf did not fit her appliance, even though she ordered it for same model appliance as it was taken off of. She asked several times for return over the course of several days and I directed her to my return policy several times, so this feedback reflects her dismay for me not following my own disclosed sales policy. She paid a small fraction of what a new one would cost as well for the one she received from me.

What's not to like.
This is an excellent mixer that will do just about anything you need. When coupled with the multiple attachments that you can acquire to use along with this, it's a valuable item to any kitchen. I highly recommend this particular model for value, quality, and durability, along with timeless style in the many colors that it comes in.
