Does not use the same chip for the digitizer

The package was Very well packaged and secure... however the computer screen that was originally in the computer was Wacom chip, which the new screen does not have. Because of this I can not use my track pad because they’re incompatible with each other. This means I have to use a mouse which is REALLY annoying. I tried to message support but they did not help.
