I'm a novice at the magical world & can't produce conclusive evident; however, am harvesting great / recordable benefits, and sensing actions (mostly positive) that weren't present before. Only owning the talisman for a short time, so the verdict is still out - nonetherless, a sense of new hope is raising.

for $ 6.99 + free ship it's okay
similar pendant American made, 15% heavier + 4mm larger @ $20.00 is by far superior in quality. At $6.99 !?! it's not something that one re-buy over and over like ink cartridges, so the extra might not be an issue. Details imprinted are by far inferior, but then again one get what one's paid for. I will pay more for an American made pendant for men - this is beteen the men and women size pendants, somehow still weight a hair less than the women peuter pendant. May be it the mixed metal w/ less peuter !?!

Not informative or helpful to tenant
The premise that the tenant is automatically on the "wrong" and has least to lose; hence the law is behind / writeen for landlords is the reality - an absurb one, nonetherless. Following the rules in this book, one will find him/herself out on the street in no time. There are effective tools avilable (of course not covered here) - ask the self help center, often court clerks, and other waiting in line - often legal clerks, filling documents (extremely helpful). It's a sad thing - one is presumed guilty, and must money for lawyers or else... the street! It doesn't have to be. Fight back, and expose those ruthless, money hungry, greedy California slum-lords - the worse of its kind!
