Appear to be OEM
Appear to be OEM in plain plastic bag bulk packaging... I read that many of the inexpensive generic versions were near useless especially the Kevlar versions. I also read about near useless retraction spring so I got the lowest priced oem versions I could find in North America so I could get rapidly.

Look for another charger as this one is bad at best.
48V lithium battery termination voltage is supposed to be 54V maximum and this item's label reads 59V and the voltage it actually goes to is 56V...Look for another charger as this one is bad at best.
