I informed him of the issue and he immediately took care of the problem to my total satisfaction. Periodically, issues come up regarding freight/shipping damage, late arrivals, etc. How the seller handles the problem makes all the difference in the world. Then, despite the seller carefully and extensively wrapping the package, the locomotive arrived in 11 pieces. I will have to repair the locomotive before I can even test it.
