cannot install yourself
0 of 1 found this helpful I have installed several different units in vehicles over the years and had them work very well but you cannot install this yourself after purchasing it I found you had to have it installed at a representative place because it has to be programmed on a computer at the cost of $150 dollars extra after installation it does work nice only had it a few days

When I received the item it was cracked on the corner and the case was partially apart and would not fit in the computer after putting the case back together it did fit and was totally empty and had to have a full recharge and it does work but I have not had time to check the length of time it lasts if it holds a good charge it will be worth the money maybe
