Looks like a gimmick - but it's not!
1 of 1 found this helpful Looks like a gimmick - but once you try it, you find that it's a AMAZING little device for mounting your phone where you can see it in the car. Yes - it does partly block an air vent - but it's worth it for the convenience. Works superbly with the WizGear iPhone case as well.

Doesn't work with Windows 10
1 of 3 found this helpful This adapter does not like Windows 10 at all. I tried every trick I could find with Google and after about 20 hours of messing around, finally gave up. TP-Link's website says the V1 (the unit I got says it's V1.1) is not plug and play compatible with Win10 you need to wait for V2 to be released. Well - it's not even compatible if you load the drivers manually off the CD, from the TP-Link website or use the native Arcos drivers. The PC may or may not see the adapter, may or may not see the WAP, and may or may not stay connected if it does. When you do happen to get a connection, it's SLOOOOOOW. Totally a waste of time and money for use with Win 10.

Fixed my Dell Mini 10V
After maybe 4 years of non-use, I fired up my Dell mini 10v and, while it worked, it complained about not being able to charge the battery. I know it WAS working last time I used it. I ordered a new power supply and battery. The battery showed up in a few days - and now the laptop charges right up with no complaints.
