Lots of bang for the buck
These were installed on a 2006 GMC Sierra 2500HD DMAX. Product is sturdy and easy to work with. I prepped them and used Duplicolor Fine Silver Birch Metallic to match the paint on the truck. Finished off with Rustoleum Enamel Clearcoat. They came out excellent. Some things I would recommend, the domed inserts that go into the front of the scoops simulating a wire mesh did not adhere to well. I ended up using heavy duty 3M double side tape to get them to stay on properly. Needs to be more tape on the bottoms of the scoops to get a better adhesion to the hood. I ended up attaching them using machine screws in black to contrast with the silver. Other than that they look great. Added a pair of emblems to the side of the scoops. Great product for the price and spent another $35.00 for paint and screws so basically under $100.00 total and give the truck a nice look

52 inch fan no problem
We have 3 recessed lights on our patio. I have been wanting a couple of fans out there for the past couple of years. Purchased the can converter and followed the instructions with no issues with simple hand tools. I purchased 2 of these and within 4 hours had 2 nice 52 inch fans installed using the can converter. Solid mount without the hassle of removing the light cans and putting in a junction box. Highly recommended if you want to mount fans, hanging lights etc.
