  Absolutely poor disappointing experience. Ordered item on 7th Feb, tracking provided same day but item not even dispatched for 10 days. Apparently message was sent on 15th Feb stating item was "forgotten" to be posted, hectic work week, i never seen this mythical message. No Communication by seller about delay or just keeping me in the loop. Had to open case to get any response. Took 2 days for refund too, even though item was not dispatched. Then calls me rude, shocking customer service AVOID!!

  This buyer is LIAR I have proof I sent message and even offered to refund postage then they opened case so I sent message offering a full refund on the trainers and they only pay £2.40 delivery but I’ll post first class and I’ll pay the extra they declined so gave full refund the same day they opened the case not 2 days LIAR , there BARE FACE LIARS and so RUDE . Never came across such a rude person. I tried my hardest to sort this out but no reply just opened case just so RUDE. AVOID AT ALL COST
