Tritium wears out within three years

I have bought at least 6 sets of these and they are great when new. The company warranty says that they should be at half brightness after 12 years as the tritium decays. I have had at least three of these go completely dark within 3 years. The company does not answer its phones so there is no support. I am going to switch them all to the Trijicon or Glock night sights.
