  Buyer stated they received shrunken (no indication of that) item because item fit smaller than the size manufacturer stated on item. I indicated in listing various measurements for potential buyers. I don’t feel my positivity rating should take a hit because something didn’t fit buyer. I also reached out to buyer to let them know I was sorry item didn’t fit, but he was more than welcomed to return item for refund. I have yet to get a response.
