Features we sought work as expected.

Product was gently used. Both base station and remote handset cleaned up well. Batteries charged as expected and afterf charging went ito service and operated as expected. Most imporatantly for us, the voice message waiting light on the base station operates correctly on our Verizon FIOS system.
