The best available

I've tried the Philips Optichamber Diamond and the Aerochamber and this one really does allow more particles to be respirable with less deposited on the throat. I was able to cut my daily Qvar dose in half. I recommend inhaling VERY slowly. The round opening is actually perfect for the round Qvar actuator.
