  I am sorry that this had happened and apologize for any inconvenience that this has caused you. I was unaware of the International Program that is set as default from Ebay. I have only ever shipped domestically and did not know that I can now ship through an Ebay hub to include shipping out of the country. Please accept my sincere apologies on this issue.
