The package arrived on time and was in very good condition. The radio was packed in its own special carrying case which in turn was wrapped in bubble wrap. That in turn was inside of custom-cut Styrofoam planks that were inside of a heavy and custom made cardboard box. All this for a product that is durable to start with. Suffice to say that it works as they said it would. My wife and I are both happy with the purchase and would buy from this seller again.
