Seller attempted to wrap the coin in bubble wrap but didn't tape it shut so it bounced around with no protection in the envelope from the west coast to the east coast. And for that, you get docked to a neutral. Otherwise, it would have been a positive. I'm sure that you can do better than that.

Defective hub?
Bought one of these from a dealer in BC this summer; lasted 30 minutes and blade section disengaged from hub without a "catastrophic failure", unless you call a sudden stop from 30+mph/6000rpm due to fuel starvation a catastrophy. Blades at bottom of muddy river and dealer says 'tough luck'. The stop was sudden, but not much more than if you had pulled the throttle back hard in an emergency.

You need to add an o-ring between the ignition switch and the back of the dash to keep it from rotating; not included.
