Microphone Shock mount for Oktava mk319

Great price

For $15 you can't beat the price. This fits the Oktava MK-319 as advertised. However I'm writing this review to say that the shock mount is less robust than expected. That isn't to say it doesn't work properly--it does--but I wouldn't expect it to last very long if you're not careful with it. I was expecting more of it to be made of metal, but it's almost entirely plastic. So just be aware. I chose not to recommend it because of the fact that it's mostly made of plastic, and I don't think that would be a good investment for most people. You might be better off with a "universal" shock mount, or using one that happens to fit this mic. (My shock mount for my Rode NT1A happens to fit the Oktava, so I didn't need this one after all.) However, if you are on a very tight budget, then yes I would recommend it.
