International issues
2 of 2 found this helpful I bought the computer for my girlfriend, when it came she went to set it up and a flashing folder with a question Mark came up. We searched google to see what the problem was and we found out that there is an internal problem. Probably needing a new hard drive . . Was told that was ready for new user with the only problem was a space bar.
