Wife's Request for Body Wash
It was shipped quickly and well-packaged, just what my wife wanted.

Wrong item!
When I sought a replacement charger for my wife's laptop, I wrote down all numbers and letters carefully. When it finally came, it was the wrong charger: the male connector was quite unlike the female end. As a result, I could not use it at all. I ended up getting another charger, from a different source, that fit perfectly. I'm disappointed at getting the wrong charger. How could this have happened?

It's a good product, but it's more expensive than anticipated and likely not strong enough to withstand heavy snowfall, for instance.
