does not work windows 10

I tried this on my PC Win 10, my friends with Win 7 and then on a PC with XP and nothing worked. Maybe the items was defective. When I went to my local computer shop to try to fix my old computer with 3.5 floppy drive he mentioned an external drive he had, MITSUMI USB PORTABLE drive he had in stock. I bought it and when I plugged it in it worked perfectly with Win 10. I am sure others have had better luck but for my money this other device is better.
