New Lux Smart Temp Programmable Heating & Cooling Thermostat TX1500 5-1-1 Day

Does it’s job

Well it’s a direct replacement for the old lux thermostat I’ve had. Took the old unit out and put in the new unit. Didn’t need it until the heatwave started here in California. Went to use and all seemed well and then the unit turned off. Thought maybe it was defect. I took it apart and the cool/heat selector pins needed to be pushed out more to create more tension against inside the unit. Works good now.
