Great Table of contents very poor index.
Well organized table of contents but the Index is sorely lacking. For a fundamentals book not to have an index item for Paper Space is an atrocity. Poor marks for the INDEX.

Invasion (War World Vol IV)
Liked: Interesting book, sometime it's hard to follow due to the different authors for each chapter. Interesting story line and premise. Good character depictions and intricate involvement over time line with a few unexpected situations.
Disliked: I was hoping for more conclusions from the previous three volumes, instead it started all over at the beginning. I believe the War World Series is a cash cow for several authors. I can see there is no conclusion to the story and it will probably continue for the forseeable future. i don't mind a series, trilogy or whatever but it must eventually evolve into a conclusion not go on forever.

The Swiss Army Knife of Books on Windows 2012 R2 Essentails & Configuration.
The two best parts of any reference manual are always the Table of Contents and the Index. Most of all because we, most generally, do not read the whole book cover to cover. After all who has that kind of time these days. Speed and efficiency are the trademarks of consistent problem solving in I.T. This book is very helpful in helping find the solutions needed in a hurry to move on to the next problem. Although not a book for the beginner, it is a very good reference for the I.T. professional and novice. It's always good to have a "go-to" manual for in-depth help. How did I get along without it?
Thank you Microsoft Press for another helpful manual and also a thank you to William R. Stanek for the detailed insight into problem solving and basic planning of configurations and essentials.
