  I faced an issue with shipping and the seller was extremely responsive and able to resolve the problem within the hour. The packaging was very padded and wrapped in bubble wrap. Product came with damage on the screen that was not shown in the image so I suspect it was from shipping. Again the seller was extremely helpful with the issue and resolved it immediately.

  The TI SR-50 arrived as described and cleaned up nicely and is working. So a good value. It was well packed with bubble wrap in a box. Shipping took some time, but that happens these days with USPS alas.
