Okay at low speed
If you’re just pottering around town this is okay, but it only lifts the visor about halfway up; luckily it’s just enough to allow me to secure the helmet on the purpose “helmet hook” on my particular bike.
Not good at speed ie dual carriageway/motorway - POTENTIALLY HAZARDOUS. When you turn your head to check your blind spot before changing lanes it blows up and down violently! It is not very secure.

ZAGG Glass
The original non-glass shield is MUCH better; granted this one has the nice glass feel and makes it more in keeping with the design of the device HOWEVER, because of the exposed edge it lasted no more than a week before it started cracking and crumbling through normal wear and tear that would have done nothing to the original screen anyway.

Sturdy bit of kit at a good price; ideal for the odd bit of tinkering at home.
