Good tasting, texture a bit off.
It has good flavor, the texture is bad, but if you refrigerate before eating it’s much better.

Fun book
Fun book with great little bits of American Basque history. We have been enjoying the recipes. The drawings are nicely done.

Pretty disgusting.
They added soy chunks in to get the higher protein and it’s pretty gross there are other brands out there that have done a much better job with fewer calories and much better taste.
