Worth it! A good read to better health.
3 of 3 found this helpful I had read this book a long time ago and returned to it recently do to growing health problems. I started on the correct eating program that is described in this book and (really) felt a difference in two days! My cravings went away and my body aches are leaving, the swelling in my feet have decreased to next to normal, I slept better immediately, no more afternoon naps, my mind became clearer. This is a wonderful way to eat properly and to regain your better self. P.S. I have lost 15 lbs in approx. 1 mth. Really worth the read! The best thing about it is that it is so easy to eat correctly.... :)
