  Pins were bent on chip when received. I was able to salvage the chip and it still works. Seller did package chip appropriately but package was pretty mashed up when received. Item was probably damaged during shipping. This is the fourth item in a row that has been received damaged through ebay global shipping and it will be my last. I will only order items from Canada now. Those seem to arrive on time and in one piece.
