Not a good fit
Used to mount a Hummingbird DI Ducer. The spacers supplied had to be cut. I went to the hardware store and found the length I needed. Once put together the teeth on the transducer mount had nothing to bite into so it moves around. I then modified the transom mount to fit the mount and cobbled it together with some sst washers. Lots of hassle and it still moves around. My suggestion is to buy the mount for the transducer you have. This one is junk.

Hard to install
Directions are junk. I had to install mine twice to get it correct. Not easy pulling off that 3M adhesive. The curve of the shield does not match the hood so you can line it up with edge of the hood.
