Yes.. this 1995-97 sealed Pokemon Japanese Topsun booster box pictured is real. It was purchased in 1999-2000 from a card shop in Japan as a side deal purchasing a Happy Birthday Pikachu's. The box in my opinion is MINT or better, and quite possibly one of the last surviving sealed MINT boxes in the World. It's stored safely to preserve the contents/ box integrity.
Plans are to sell it. Offers starting at $700K+ will be considered w/a possible decision that could happen at any time. This 1995-97 Topsun Booster Box started everything Pokemon in the world! The last one listed on Ebay in 2018 sold for $150K and Heritage Auction House sold for $450K. The buyer will be expected to pick-up the box and have a qualified expert on hand to authenticate the box and the factory tape seal.
FOR PICK-UP ONLY: Sale will conclude with a signed bill of sale transferring ownership to buyer. Sale will become final upon buyer taking possession. No returns will be accepted. If interested reach out.

I accidentally placed an order for this item and needed to cancel it. The seller was kind enough to accommodate my request and promptly issued a refund. The mistake was entirely mine, and I'm grateful for the seller's understanding. Based on this experience, I find the seller to be very reasonable, and I look forward to making a purchase without any personal errors in the future.
