How groups think

One for the foreign policy nerds, and for obvious reasons a bit old fashioned, but thoughtful, insightful, with some great anecdotes - a very good guide to different types of individual, group and institutional decision-making under pressure. It also has a wider applicability to any large-scale organisation (corporate, governmental, NGO).
