Need a replacement or refund. Very disapointed

Actual brightness is less than listed. The android system does not always work and is very slow even when it does. will not show amazon Prime videos and movies nor will it show Netflix movies. It freezes up and will not work. I have tried it with different Wifi systems and always get the same result. If this is a faulty unit I should receive another one that works or a complete refund.
