If you can find one, Buy it., Many stores are closing them out,
2 of 2 found this helpful I know there is a lot of discussion on what is the best bow, etc., Hopeful for everyone the best bow for you is the bow you have.
I bought the Bear bow because of the looks, the dual arc string suppressors make the bow look killer, and they work better than any other method for making the bow quite. I don't use any other sting silencers it is so quite.
The Attack is about the same speed as the Carnage and much less in cost, and actually has a smoother draw cycle. They discontinued it because it was so close to the Carnage in performance it hurt sales.
I liked it so much I bought two, one for target shooting a home and one for my hunting cabin.
There are bows with better marketing, or look more expensive. I wanted something to hunt with and this bow delivers beyond my expectations. I now shoot confidently to 45 yards, where before 25 yards was tops.
Tho only problem I have is when I go to the range I get the looks from others, like what a cheep POS is that. When I get done shooting they usually come over and start asking questions. It is so quite, accurate and smooth I shoot over 100 arrows at the range with little effort.
The only thing you have to be careful of, is the beyond parallel limbs make it real easy to torque or twist the bow in your hand. Keeping an open bow hand is the trick for this bow.
For the price, performance, speed and smoothness it is the best I have shot, Though don't expect your local bow shop to be excited about your bow, because they didn't sell you one costing a lot more.
Bear has been around for ever, and yet in just a short time has come up with some great technology. I don't care who's name is on the bow, I care about looks, performance and price. This was the best bow for me and am very happy with it.
