Functions well but not aesthetic.
1 of 1 found this helpful The heating unit works fine, but the quality of the stainless surface is useless. After putting a griddle on two burners, the stainless burnt and we are unable to clean the surface. It looks as bad after one griddle use as the old one did after 30 years of use.

Hydrometer as expected.
The Hydrometer is as advertised and did arrive ahead of the scheduled date. Good buy at a good value.
