The item arrived as described/brand new, undamaged and very well packaged. Instead, the buyer chose to mention that the lip gloss tastes and smells bad. Something that is out of my control. Please don't put ridiculous feedback that is irrelevant. If you were unhappy with the item,why didn't you contact me for a refund?
