  Does not look like the one in the photo. The headphones are very light, and feel cheap. Could have bought better headphones for the price.

  I'm sorry to hear of your dissatisfaction, and I'm sorry for not contacting you sooner. I do not manufacture or package these headphones, but I want to prevent my customers from receiving any inadequate products. The item I sent was unopened, but the 2 headphones I tested from this lot looked like the pictures I was provided with. Could you tell me what appears different, or provide pictures of this item? I really am sorry for your experience and my late response, but I hope to make this right.
