Poor film, deeply underwhelming, shame.
Waited years to finally find and watch this film, great couple of lead actors and a decent pedigree on the director, yet the film was incredibly underwhelming. Its not funny at all (and its supposed to be) and its just not interesting at all either, the plot is truly boring, nothing happens, and the characters are just annoying rather than interesting or entertaining in any way. Would not recommend this film

Not A Bad Follow Up
(POSSIBLE SPOILERS)
This is the Sequel to the awesome original 'Cube'. Although its not as good as the first, its not the worst film ever made either. The premise is mostly the same with slight twists and turns. One of the downsides for this film was that there were hardly any 'trap' rooms in it unlike the first movie, this made the film less tense, but also let the storyline progress quicker as they didnt have to worry before moving into each new room.
One of the major flaws with this movie is the ending....its awful. It builds up like it could be going somewhere interesting, and then it just doesnt deliver. Also, the few 'trap' rooms that there are in this movie just arent all that good, infact, there actually quite boring, and all of them could of been quite easy to dodge and avoid.

The whole split alternate reality storyline could also of been used far better, but instead its just sort of ignored and used quite poorly as a storyline. Also i thought having the Senile old woman and the blind girl was all a bit too similar to the Autistic kid from the original film, and there wasnt any need for them.
After watching this film I still have many questions about what the Cube still is. Who is it run by? Why are these people being selected for it? etc and hopefully these will be clarified in the 3rd movie, as there werent any answers to be found here.

Dont stay in ears so they're pointless
Firstly, the sound quality of the earbuds are decent so I can't fault them there. The issue is the design of the earbuds themselves, they're top weighted, so as soon as you put them in your ears they start to fall out immediately as the balance is totally off. ANY movement at all and they're gone immediately, so they're totally useless as earbuds. Tried changing the size of the rubber end to fit my ear better, but no size is enough to counteract the earbud just being too heavy and off balance and they fall out every time regardless. Avoid and get a pair that hugs your ear instead.
