I LIKE THE SIMPLISITY, HOWEVER NOT AN ACURATE WAY OF CHECKING YOURSELF.
YOU HAD BETTER BE TAKING YOUR BLOOD PSI AT CUFF LEVEL TO YOUR HEART, OTHERWISE ITS OFF THE RICTOR SCALE !
