Good design, useful.

It arrived almost 2 weeks ago. At this time I have not finished building it yet. I am not worried about putting it together. I expected that. The instructions are good. I just haven't had time lately to focus on it. But I think it is perfect for my needs and can't wait to get it together. I think it is over-priced but not unreasonably so. Quality just a little flimsy so be ready to reinforce here and there. This design is great if you have 3 to 4 cats that can't have unsupervised run of the house. It's comfortable for the kitties to be in for hours at a time. Seller did good.
