  This seller went out of his/her way to supply me with two of these chairs. Communications are really good and packaging and dispatch great but delivery was somewhat staggered. But worst of all, the chairs are terrible to adjust. There is no lever and it requires bodyweight to adjust the position, something I struggle with and my wife finds impossible so I will sell them soon as "new/unused" at a great loss I imagine.
