Either not new or not an OEM battery
13 of 14 found this helpful Like many others, my battery arrived with 53% charge. Looked VERY similar to original battery from phone, but had a hard time fitting it in the phone, dimensions were just a tad larger than original battery. Charged it overnight (10 hours), and the next day it had the same, or worse, capabilities of the original (3 year old) battery.
I bought from eBay instead of Amazon, because I thought there would be better quality control on what a "Samsung Original Genuine OEM Battery" would be, but I was wrong...
