Efficient, quiet and definitely an upgrade.
The unit was as promised. Videos on YouTube were helpful. The instructions to assemble could have been more detailed and I would recommend having two to three people available to pass the lines through the wall. Assembly for the most part was easy. Once assembled it cooled off of 400 square foot room easily in a little over an hour.

My wife loves her phone and we replaced the case. She loves the price and is ecstatic about the fit and function of her new case!
