  The casters were just as expected. Good quality and condition. They were packed in a manner suitable for transit and the lack of care by the carrier. Was a little disappointed with the time between order given and information about shipping. However, once it showed shipping, it wasn't long before I received it. Also, somewhat disappointed in the request by the seller to give a 5 rating or contact them. The offer for resolution was ok. Don't think perfect ratings should be requested.
