This is a great CD, great value for the money. You will not be disappointed
I bought this CD because I prefer guided meditations compared to just meditating on my own. I really like Gael's voice. It's soothing and easy to listen to. I really like that is more than one meditation on the CD so I can choose to use my favorite or rotate them.
I would highly recommend this CD to newcomers of meditation or those who have been meditating for years. I have other guided meditation CD's and this one is by far one of the best I've come across.

Buy this DVD
This dvd is a high energy workout that's a lot of fun. Put on your workout clothes and burn calories with this motivating routine. I really like it and would recommend it to anyone interested in shedding a few pounds while having fun.
