Element - Targeted Toning Pilates For Beginners NEW DVD (ABD5315)

Not for beginners

I've never done pilates or yoga before and thought this DVD would be good and gentle but oh no it's full on fast and exhausting. I tried all the workouts there are 3 of them but could no way keep up with her. She powers into all the exercises very quickly but doesn't explain very well if you can't keep up go slower or only do less than she does. It hasn't put me off starting pilates but I will be looking for another DVD.
