Fanastic, yummy healthy recipes and easy to prepare!
I checked this out at the library before purchasing it and knew right away that I would be using it all the time. I bought my own copy on e-bay before having to return the library's copy. Julie Wandling has great recipes and I am surprising and delighting family and friends with the healthy, yummy foods I am learning to prepare. Don't depend on a library copy- they are few and far between! My library had to borrow from another library across the country.

We Like These!
Bought these for our sailboat. Chose them because we’ve used Corelle in our motorhome for many years, and because the pattern and color of this set perfectly matches our decor in the boat. We started out with Melmac but didn’t like the scratches that knives make on it. The Corelle is lighter weight and takes up less room than traditional dinner plates. The only downside is that Corelle splinters into sharp shards if broken (experienced years ago with a set in our home) but we’ve not broken any in our sailboat or RV.
