Brass Air Compressor In Tank Check Valve 1/2" Male X 1/2" Female NPT USA

Fix for Ridgid Tri-stack 5 gallon compressor
The check valve for the Ridgid Tri-stack 5 gallon compressor has been discontinued . I was able to repair mine by using this check valve and gutting the old Ridgid check valve. I connected the tube for the switch to the 1/8" npt port on this check valve. The old check valve screws into the 1/2" npt port on top of this check valve and was used to connect the exhaust tube. I plugged the 1/8" npt port on the old check valve since the switch tube connected to the new valve a lot easier. Easy fix for a discontinued check valve.

Nice lines that may need re-flared
I have seen other reviews saying the bends are way off. I did not find that with this set. This went on a 1971 original Z28, the bends were almost dead on. What was a problem were the flares on the 5/16 lines to the carburetor. Whoever flared them did not flare them deep enough, you will see from the picture before I re-flared them how bad it was leaking. After I re-flared them everything is good.
