Well made except for one defect. This would not show up in a small photo - everything is black.
This product works normally. However, it is clearly defective even though sold as new. The gate to the ground coffee holder cannot be opened without using a tool such as a very small screwdriver because it fits very tightly.(Has not loosed up after over 5 weeks of use.) The tool must be both thin and strong. Anything less such as a long fingernail will not do it because it fits so tightly when closed. I see no cause for this other than a design problem. Using a small tool does place unequal stress on top where I pry it open (the only crack big enough to do this.) I suppose in time this will wear out the hinge and the door will break off. Maybe that's why it is no longer made.
